Terms version rental-v1. This page states the contractual disclosures that the rental flow references. A Spiry Research project.

Rentals

A rental reserves the whole machine for one renter at a time. The agreed rate is immutable for the job; budget extensions append funded amendments and never change the original rate. Billing starts at verified readiness and stops at the billing cutoff shown when you end a rental.

Data and retrieval

After a confirmed stop, job results remain readable for 30 minutes through a read-only retrieval helper, then are deleted. Erased data is not recoverable. You can confirm early cleanup once you have retrieved what you need.

Acceptable use

Workloads run under a mandatory sandbox profile. Privileged containers, host mounts and unrestricted host networking are not available to any renter.

Settlement

Balances settle in USDC on Base under the disclosed pricing terms; see fees for the fee schedule and depeg-risk disclosure.
