Check before you change
The first step is a read-only compatibility report: what qualifies, what does not, and exactly what the install would change. Nothing is modified to produce it.
You keep control
You declare availability windows in UTC, set the rate, and can drain or unlist without killing active work. Existing obligations (like Vast commitments) are a blocking condition, surfaced honestly.
Truthful states
Detected hardware, runtime, qualification and rentability are reported separately. Missing evidence stays unavailable — it never becomes a silent pass.
