What we hold

Account contact details, authentication metadata, SSH public keys, scoped API-key metadata (secrets are stored only as hashes), wallet bindings you prove, and the durable billing journal required for settlement evidence.

Logs and support

Rental logs are sanitized and bounded before display; secrets, signed URLs and private keys are redacted. Support threads are text-based and stay connected to the rental they reference.

Export and deletion

You can request a data export and a retention-aware deletion from your account. Required ledger evidence is preserved under the disclosed retention policy; everything else is deleted.

Caching

Account and financial responses are never cached publicly (private, no-store).
