# Earn with your GPU

Paste one command on your GPU machine. It shows a code; approve it at https://amplerun.com/earn and the machine goes live. You earn 90% of each rental.

Linux (NVIDIA or AMD GPU), needs sudo:

Windows 11 with an NVIDIA GPU runs through WSL 2. Sign in at https://amplerun.com/earn for its PowerShell command (it carries a one-time token).

Macs, AMD and Windows are new and not yet proven on real hardware.

Agents: add `-s -- --json` for one JSON line per step (`curl -fsSL https://amplerun.com/host | sudo bash -s -- --json`).

## What it installs

- Linux: one agent at `/opt/amplerun/agent`, plus a lease supervisor. Firewall rules only for each rental, added and removed with it.
- Mac: the agent and a pinned llama.cpp runtime in `~/Library/Application Support/AmpleRun`. It runs AI models only and opens no inbound port.
- It checks your machine first and changes nothing if it doesn't qualify.
- The download is signature-checked against a pinned publisher key before anything is written.

## Payouts and verification

- Paid in USDC on Base. No minimum and no withdrawal fee.
- Payouts are automatic.
- Verified after 24 h of uptime plus a first payout or 24 rented hours.

## Host modes

- Dedicated: rented whole, any time. Never interrupted.
- Idle: earns while you're not using it. You take it back any time.
- Co-listed: stays on Vast, Clore or similar too.

Idle and Co-listed rentals are sold as Interruptible. Setup asks which mode on Linux. Macs run Dedicated for now.
